StreakoAI provides AI-powered customer support and enterprise knowledge management tools including StreakoSupport (customer chatbot) and StreakoBrain (dual enterprise bot system). Services are provided on a subscription basis.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to use StreakoAI for illegal purposes, to distribute malware, to harass users, to scrape data, or to reverse engineer our systems. You may not use our service to build competing products. Violation of these terms may result in account termination.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to StreakoAI. You grant us a license to process your content to provide our services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process your data through our platform.
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for losses due to service interruptions.
StreakoAI and all related technology, trademarks, and content are owned by StreakoAI Technologies. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our technology without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreakoAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India. If you're in the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country also apply.
