Documents you upload are processed by our AI systems (Google Gemini) to generate embeddings for semantic search. Your data is used only to power your AI assistant and is not used to train shared AI models. Each tenant's data is completely isolated.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. Deleted data is permanently removed within 30 days. Backup copies may be retained for up to 90 days.
We use third-party services including Google Gemini (AI processing), AWS (infrastructure), Qdrant (vector storage), and Stripe (payments). Each provider has their own privacy policy governing their use of data.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export your data at any time. If you're in the EU, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to object to processing.
